DAY2Beijing

Today you will visit the Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Summer Palace.

Tiananmen Square is the largest city square in the world, at 440,000 square meters, and can hold about one million people for public celebration or gatherings. In the square tourists can climb the Tiananmen Rostrum, attend the national flag raising ceremony every morning at sunrise, visit the National Museum of China, and go to the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong, in which one will see the body of the great Chinese leader.

Forbidden City, also known as Palace Museum, was home to 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the ancient time, the emperor claimed to be the son of the heaven and such divine place was certain forbidden for the ordinary people and it is why the Forbidden City is so called.

Summer Palace is regarded as the best preserved imperial garden in the world, and the largest of its kind still in existence in China. The Chinese call it Yihe Yuan (Garden of Restful Peace), and the landscaped gardens, temples, and pavilions were designed to achieve harmony with nature, to soothe, and to please the eye. The Summer Palace was listed on the World Heritage List by the UNESCO in 1998.

DAY3Beijing

Today your guide will take you to the famous Badaling Great Wall, 2 hours visit at least. Then go to visit Jade stone workshop. You can take photos at the Bird Nest & Water Cube.

The Badaling Great Wall locates only 70 km from Beijing. Constructed during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), it extends in all directions which is the reason it be called Badaling. Badaling is the most visited section of the Great Wall. The Badaling Great Wall resound in the whole world, it is the first part which open to tourist of the Great Wall.

DAY4Beijing

After breakfast, you can visit the Temple of Heaven and watch local people doing all kinds of morning exercise, including Chinese Tai Chi. Then visit Pearl factory. Last you can enjoy Hutong tour by rickshaw with a home visit.

The Temple of Heaven is a large park and temple complex situated in more or less the south central area of Beijing. Its center piece is a large tower built, it is said, entirely of wood and not using a single nail. It is said that the main features of the park are its trees and inhabitants.

Hutong: The alleys give a wonderful glimpse into the world of yesterday in Beijing. While visiting the Beijing Hutong, you can appreciate the dramatic changes that the rest of Beijing has undergone. You can see evidence of the history of Beijing, experience the old way of life and experience traditional Beijing culture.

DAY5Beijing/Xian

Today you will fly to Xi’an. Visit to the Shanxi Provincial Museum & Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

Shanxi Provincial Museum is a tribute to Shaanxi's glamorous imperial past. The museum building was designed in China's grand and elegant ancient Tang Dynasty (618-907) style. The newly built modern building recreates Tang-dynasty architecture and successfully symbolizes the great extent of Shaanxi history and its remarkable culture.

Big Wild Goose Pagoda is one of the most famous Buddhist pagodas in China. The Pagoda was built in the Tang Dynasty (618-907) for the study of Buddhist scriptures. Although it has been attacked by centuries of weather, war and seismic activity, which destroyed most of the original material of the structure, a pagoda by this name and style still exists on the site. It is filled with beautiful gardens and stunning architecture.

DAY6Xian

Today is a full day excursion to the world-known Terracotta Warriors Museum, and you will visit to the ceramics & pottery workshop en route. At night you can enjoy the Dumpling Dinner and Tang Dynasty Show.

The Terracotta Army Museum lies 1.5 km east of The Tomb of Qin Shihuang, who unified China 2200 years ago. Emperor Qin, from whom China gets its name, ordered the creation of this model army. It is certainly one of the most memorable parts of any trip to China. The site was made a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site in 1987.

DAY7Xian/Lhasa

Today you will fly to Lhasa. After you arrive at Lhasa, The rest of the day at leisure to adjust to the altitude. You will have dinner at the hotel.

DAY8Lhasa

Today you will visit to the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Bharkor Street.

Potala Palace situated on the Red Hill of central Lhasa, Potala Palace is the highest ancient palace in the world, reaching 3,767.19m (12,359.55ft) at the topmost point.

Jokhang Temple included on UNESCO's World Heritage list in 2000 as part of the Potala Palace , the Jokhang Temple is located in central Lhasa. With an area of 25,100 square meters (about six acres), it is the ultimate pilgrimage destination for Tibetan Pilgrims.

Bharkor Street to visit Jokhang Temple, you have to pass through Barkhor Street where you will find many Tibetan people go to chant and sing. For tourists this is also a commercial street with lots of Tibetan artworks and souvenirs and it bustles with visitors from many different countries.

DAY9Lhasa

In the morning you visit to the Sera Monastery, Norbulinka, Nun Monastery and a local Tibetan family.

Sera Monastery is one of the 'great three' Gelukpa university monasteries of Tibet, located 1.25 miles (2.01 km) north of Lhasa. The other two are Ganden Monastery andDrepung Monastery. The origin of the name 'Sera' is attributed to a fact that the site where the monastery was built was surrounded by wild roses (se ra in Tibetan language) in bloom.

The Norbulinka literally “jewel Garden”was the summer palace for the Dalai Lama, located in the west surburb of Lhasa ,it is built in 18 century by the 7th Dalia lama kansanggytso, the Norbilinka was cover total area 360.000sqmeters,

DAY11Shanghai

Full day visit to the Yu Garden, Shanghai Museum, the Bund, Xintiandi and Pudong New Development Zone. At night you can enjoy the famous Shanghai Acrobatic Show.

Shanghai Museum is to the south of the People's Square in the downtown area.As a museum of ancient Chinese art, Shanghai Museum possesses a collection of 120,000 precious works of art. The museum style and presentation surround visitors with artifacts demonstrating ancient wisdom and philosophy.

Yuyuan Garden is located in the heart of Shanghai's old Chinese quarter and links to Yuyuan Market. Built in 1559 during the Ming Dynasty in the Suzhou style by a high official Pan Yunduan in honor of his father, the garden has maintained its classic beauty over the centuries. The Yuyuan Garden was considered the best garden in Southeast China. It is a renowned traditional landscape garden in Jiangnan.

The Bund is a 1.5-kilometer-long boulevard on the western bank of the Huangpu River. For more than 100 years, it has been the symbol of Shanghai. Shanghai people are proud of the Bund. It shows the culture of Shanghai and the creation of modern civilization to people.

Xin Tian Di, which means "the New World" in English, is located at the very Centre of the City. Covering a total area of 30,000 square meters, it is a fashionable pedestrian street composed of Shikumen and modern architecture style.

DAY12Shanghai/Suzhou/Shanghai

In the morning you will excursion to the water town Suzhou, including the Garden of Master of Nets, Silk Spinning Factory, cruise on the Grand Canal and Pingjiang Road Old Town Area. At last you will be transfer back to Shanghai.

The Garden of Master of Nets exquisitely arranged, the Master-of-Nets Garden is famous for the perfect arrangement and delicate designed proportions. At present, the buildings in the garden are the primary ones in Qing Dynasty.

The Grand Canal is the longest canal in the world. Together with the Great Wall of China, this waterway, which runs from Beijing to Hangzhou, is one of China's great engineering feats. The first 85km (52 miles) were constructed as early as 495 B.C.
