Hi, Mrs.Marie Louise, you can take the airport express and shift to subway line 2 at Dongzhimen station, then transfer to the subway line 1 at Jianguomen station, get off at Dongdan station and walk out from exit B (northeast exit), you will find the hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs around CNY130.00 one way.

About:Yangtze River Cruises Tunxi to Yichang for the Yangtze river cruise on same day, can or not? I have checked on various answers and it seems that there is no direct transport from Tunxi to Yichang. I have to go to Wuhan or Hangchow for connection. Therefore not possible same day arrival unless I leave very early or take a taxi and pay a lot. Is this correct ? Please advise. Thank you.

Yangtze River Cruises 2014-08-01 09:46:50

About:Yangtze River Cruises After the 3 Gorges cruise, I plan to take the train from Yichang to Zhangjiajie. I understand that the cruise ship would arrive before 1200 hrs whereas the train departs from Yichang at 1300 hrs. The cruise agent tells me that the ship I am planning to choose will arrive at taohuacun pier, (Peach blossom pier) which is quite far from the train station. My concern is whether there will be enough time disembarking from the ship, finding a taxi, getting to the train station, finding the ticket counter, queuing and buying the ticket and getting on board the train, all within 1 hour and with practically most of the passengers doing the same thing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also would it be possible to buy the train ticket in advance from say, Chongqing?

Your time is really very tight, in order to catch the train, I suggest you arrive at the train station at least one hour before the train departs. In China, the train tickets can be purchased 10 days in advance.

Can you please advise which is the quickest and hazzle free method of travel. I prefer short queue at the immigration or customs. I will be travelling 10 May 2014. Are there plenty of tickets? Is it better to purchase the tickets online using credit cards to avoid disappointments? Thanks. Tau Lim

At the Kowloon train station of HK, you could take the bus driving to Shenzhen Airport directly. You have to accept the customs check for two times but at one place on the way. You could purchase the bus tickets when you arrive there since there are frequent buses supplied here. Here is the details for your reference:
